How to allocate unallocated space to a Linux partition?

How to allocate unallocated space to a Linux partition using Windows Disk Management...?
I am not sure how exactly to do it, since the Disk Management does not interact with the Linux partition since it's file system is not known to Windows. And I think that is the problem (as far as I know).
But I really don't know and I need thos 7GB for the Linux Mint partition since I have less than 700MB free space remaining which is very little....
