How to make an icon for the Logon Menu?

Greetings!

I've installed Mint 14 Cinnamon onto my kids computer. I've got the logon manager set up to select the theme where you can see the icon for each person.

How do you do a custom icon for each person? The only one I can get to work correctly is my own. The other accounts continue to show the default icon image.

I created the png file with a max of 64, then saved it as ".face" (no quotes) into the /home of each user.

Each user now has thier face saved as .face, but mine is the only one that works.

The only thing I can see that is different is that I'm the admin, rest of the acounts are users.

Thanks!

Did you then transfer ownership and rights to the .face file to the user who would expect to see that picture?

Just verified that the user has the rights to the .face file. Also copied my working .face to an external drive, then logged in as another user, and copied the file back to /home. My face didn't pop up on thier name. Strange.
