Need help installing theme

Hello Everyone,

I need some help installing this ( http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.ph ... tent=79643 ) theme.

I go to System Settings> Theme manager and install this theme, it shows up in the theme menu, but when I apply it there's no change in the appearance of my windows

Also, I don't understand what the author means by

Install:
First install all required packages (apps, icons etc.) and then apply theme.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks for your time

It probably means what it says - is there no readme to tell you which packages this is?
If not it's a bit hard to do....
