[mint 14] windows that can't be closed

Hi, I'm a newbie and I have problem: some dialogs can't be closed by me, I even can't drag them. This dialog is situated above other windows and this is problem Sorry, I can't take an sceenshot, 'cause now I can't get this error. I think this may be common problem. Thanks a lot.
