Visual bugs, pretty much everywhere

I just installed Linux Mint 14.1 andeverything looks fine. Well almost everything. I got this constant bug at the top of my screen and around the windows, I'm sending you a screenshot... It's not a big problem, but I'd like to get rid of it as soon as possible. Anybody knows how to deal with that?
