Right click select properties. The entry 'command line' will be the most informative.
You could also kill the process from the same context menu and see if anything stops running.
Then reboot and see if it has reappeared.
I wouldn't be too worried because afaik exe files can't run on Linux anyway so even if it was an attempt to plant a virus on your system it would be a failed attempt.
Edit. Having said that as it is using 90Mb or your ram and 3% of your cpu is obviously is running. In which case it cannot be a windows exe file.
