Hello wonderfull people. As you can see, i got a new intro, Anyways, that doesnt matter, What matters is, Is there anything that i can use to control the fan on the laptop? there is a program for windows, that works with most dell laptops, but, its only for windows, Beacuse, Whenever my fan would kick in, It would be around, 78 degrees. So, Is there any way i can get a fan controller, My laptop usually runs around, 50 degrees, only when typing and browsing the internet.

This is not a "major" question, But, I would still like to know if there is one....

Try pwmconfig. http://askubuntu.com/questions/22108/ho ... -fan-speed

It works here for me (but I don't have an OEM motherboard though).

Sorry for the late response, But, it wont work:

# pwmconfig revision 5857 (2010-08-22)
This program will search your sensors for pulse width modulation (pwm)
controls, and test each one to see if it controls a fan on
your motherboard. Note that many motherboards do not have pwm
circuitry installed, even if your sensor chip supports pwm.

We will attempt to briefly stop each fan using the pwm controls.
The program will attempt to restore each fan to full speed
after testing. However, it is ** very important ** that you
physically verify that the fans have been to full speed
after the program has completed.

/usr/sbin/pwmconfig: There are no pwm-capable sensor modules installed
