Hi,
Im trying to install the Alien frontend GUI Package Converter on to my Linux Mint 12 OS. I have tried using Ubuntu Software Center with no luck.

Usually they have some dependency which is not satisfiable, and if it was satisfiable then a 'native' package would exist and you wouldn't have to convert the package in the first place. YMMV as they say
