sound not working

im using linux mint 14 and my sound randomlie cuts off stops working i can only do a restart to get it working and i have already tried adding this string to the end of /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and rebooting with no help

and i tried reinstalling xfce4-mixer with no help and tried adding this command at boot with no help ithe

can u guys please help me im using a toshiba satalite l755-d with a AMD a-6 type g APU
