Frozen for too long after restoring from suspend or hibernat

Frozen for too long after restoring from suspend or hibernat

In the last 2 days, the system started to be extremely slow to restore after waking up from suspend or hibernate. I can see the screen but it's frozen for 30-60 sec before starting to work normally. Before I didn't have this issue. Any suggestions?
