PPC meaning Power PC processor? No. It won't work due to a different processor architecture. Same reason you can't natively run Android or iOS on a PC. You could theoretically make LMDE work, but it wouldn't be worth it. I believe Debian still has a PowerPC kernel/install iso.

There was an unofficial port to PPC of some of the older Mint versions but not of Mint 14.http://www.mintppc.org/
I don't know how actively maintained it is though.
