I recently installed Linux Mint and I have pretty much everything set the way I want, except for this issue with two-finger scrolling. I can enable it just fine using mate-mouse-properties, however after I reboot my system it reverts back to edge scrolling. I have to open up the mouse properties again before it will work. The odd thing is that the correct options are still enabled, so I don't need to change anything... as long as I open up mouse properties two-finger scrollings starts working again. This little problem is really annoying. Does anyone know why it's not persisting through reboot?
