Can not connect to wifi!

Hi! I just downloaded Linux Mint 14 this morning and have not been able to connect to the Internet over wifi. I am pretty sure that this is due to a lack of a certain driver, but I do not know what to do to get it to work(sorry, I'm a newbie at all of this).

I was poking around and found that typing this gave you the cards that you have.

Here are my results:

Card-2: Broadcom BCM43142 802.11b/g/n

Alright, I downloaded that driver and rebooted my system. Now what? It still doesn't work.
