Hello there,
I recently updated my Linux Mint Gnome 9 32-bit version to Linux Mint 13 using the original sources.list from LM 13.
I used this tutorial: http://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/62
Everything works fine, except I can't see my system titlebar and borders at my windows.
I tried to reset my .cache file and installed new updates.

Upgrading from Mint 9 to Mint 13 should be done by a fresh install. To many changes have been done since mint 9. My guess is you have a lot of conflicting settings that handles your System.
