Hi guys,

Decided to install an extensions in Cinnamon Mint14 and followed instructions until I got to copying the file to /usr/share/cinnamon/extensions except... there's no such folder! I have /applet, /js, /locale, /seach_providers, /shaders, and /theme but no /extensions. I am doing something wrong? Or can I not add extensions with my current installation? Or can I simply create the folder?

I ran into this problem when i first downloaded mint. Go to your files and go home. Press cntrl-h. This will show the hidden files. From there you should see the .local folder and than go from there.
