I'm interested, how can i install Ubuntu's Add/remove utulity?

Not sure if you can.

The Add or Remove thing is just a GUI for apt, kinda like synaptic.

its seems to be more cozy for me then Synaptic

It can be found in synaptic under "gnome-app-install".
