azureus permissions

Postby calymea on Sun Jul 13, 2008 7:29 am

Hi, I downloaded Azureus (or Vuse) via the package manager, Azureus tried to do an update but said that it would probably fail because Azureus was not writeable and I needed to change the permissions to make it writeable. How do I do that?
Thanks, Rod.

I normally ignore the messages, as azureus will update once there's a new version in the repositories. Or you could tweak the file permissions to allow azureus to write on them, I don't recommend doing that unless you know what you're doing.

Hope this helps
