The easiest way is to mount is as root, then go to /etc/mtab. There will be a temporary entry for the partition in that file. Edit /etc/fstab as root, and add the entry from mtab to the end of your fstab file and save it. hen you reboot, the partition should be mounted automatically with read/write permissions.
