Edit Mint Grub SOLVED

Can someone please tell me how I can edit the Mint grub? I have 2 hard drives on this system 1 has windowsXP on it, the other drive has Mint 4 and Ubuntu 8.04 on it. Mint is mounted as root. The Mint grub was installed on the WinXP MBR. In the CMOS setup the WinXP drive is the first boot drive.
Is there a place where you can find a list of common Mint commands?

I want to know where Ubuntu is located ie /dev/sda1 or /dev/sda5 etc.

The Mint Wiki has pretty good info:

http://www.linuxmint.com/wiki/index.php/HOWTOs

The most comprehensive guide I've found for GRUB is here:

http://users.bigpond.net.au/hermanzone/ ... rientation

I'm including that because you may have to study a bit about "chainloading" since you have operating systems on more than one drive.
