hi there...
I posted this in the network area already but i have destroyed package manager by that way... A friend of mine has repaired this but I still want to get a limiter of internet connections speed. It would be very lovely if someone could give me a tutorial how i can limit internet connections of particular programs to a speed i define.

I think trickle could do it for you ... s-and.html
Use the examples to create a starter (Alt + F2) and start you application from that rather than the normal starter
