Windows don't keep their transparency...

Postby GrdLock on Sat Sep 20, 2008 7:06 pm

I like having my Firefox and other windows having a bit of transparency... I've been setting transparency with ALT + scroll wheel... however, once I close Firefox, etc, when I re-open it, the opacity is back to 100%.

How can I get it to save the transparency settings??

I would suggest installing Compiz and Emerald, and choose to edit an Emerald theme that you like. Be sure to save any changes you make and then they will stick. Let me know if you can't find the Emerald-Themes package & I will link to it.
