Installing Themes [SOLVED]

I am trying to install the theme extracting files to usr/share/themes and when I tried to extract error said I didn't have permissions. How I do I obtain permissions?. I am using the Cinnamon desktop on Ubuntu 14.04. Can I install Cinnamon themes on Ubuntu successuflly?

right click the folder /usr/share/themes choose "open as administer". A new window with the folder will open then extract the file then close the new window.

Or open a terminal and copy and paste this into it:

gksu nemo /usr/share/themes

a box asking for your password will appear, type in your password and then a new window will appear then extract the file and then close the window.
