Dual boot? Linux first, then XP?

I have been playing around with Kubuntu and Ubuntu for a few months now and like it but for one drawback. I can't get my wireless to work. In poking around, I came across Mint and ran the CD for a while and really liked it.

I want to dual boot (I think) so I reinstalled XP and then tried to install Mint. I followed a guide I found here as well but the version used in the guide wasn't exactly like the newest version so I did what I thought was right. I managed to get Mint installed on the partition I created(1/2 my 80G HD) but I don't seem to have an option of booting to XP. I've been fiddling around and ended up just installing Mint on the entire drive.

The question now is, can I still partition the drive and install XP. And is it really worth it just so I can play Unreal and my kids can play a few of their games?

Also, I still can't get my wireless working.

It is not worth dual booting you can look in the synaptic package manager for games alien arena open arena nexiuz type edu for kids programs.
If you dual boot use the XP install partitioner to set aside free space and install a newer Mint 4 5 or 6 and it will automatically create a dual boot.
you need to say what network card you have to get help

I downloaded the latest version. Just a couple days ago. Maybe I'll try the 64 bit version. I have an AMD A64 chip and tried 64 bit Ubuntu without much luck.

The wireless card is a Linksys WMP110. I know it works because I was using it when I had XP re-installed. But so far, Mint doesn't even recognize it installed. Ubuntu at least knew it was there, it just refused to use it.

Nevermind. I read the blog in the "Linux is not Windows" thread and it convinced me to switch back to XP. I'd really like to use Linux, but XP was enough work, I don't have time or ambition for more.

And the wireless card works out of the box. I literally spent months on various Linux forums with people helping me and nothing worked.

Maybe if I get a spare computer, I'll play around some more.
