Hibernate/Shutdown Issue

Postby y2julio on Wed Nov 12, 2008 8:52 am

I'm having an issue with my laptop. For some reason even when I have in my power management settings for the laptop not to shutdown/hibernate, it always does so. Is there any way to fix this issue?

When does it shutdown/hibernate? When the lid is closed on your laptop, or when the battery is low? Or does it just shutdown when in standby mode?

I does it regardless if it's running off battery or AC. The battery can be fully charged and it will go to hibernation/sleep mode. It does so after 20-30 minutes of me not touching it. it can be running a program but it will still do it.
