Possible Mint bug

Postby flying_monkey on Thu Dec 04, 2008 9:37 am

I installed Mint with the Xfce window manager on my old IBM T20 laptop, and most things are working well. I notice that most applications which I put in full screen mode bury part of the window behind the toolbar at the bottom of the window. It also seems that if I click the button to make the application not full screen, the window boundaries are not quite big enough to see the bottom of the screen. Both of these things are seen in the fact that when there is a scrollbar at the right side of the application window, the down arrow is not visible.

Thanks,
Ed

Hard to say what it is, but it looks like a problem with the graphics driver

Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
