Kernel panic - Help =( ?

Hello,
I too converted from Windows to Linux mint, and I absolutely love it to bits.
Just now however, i got a kernal panic while booting.
I then booted in recovery mode, and took a pic of my screen when linux crashes:

Does anybody know what this means and/or how to solve it?
I don't really have a problem with reinstalling Mint, but I want to know how to prevent this from happening in the future.

As far as i know i did not install anything in the last 2 days, during which mint booted fine.
Can anybody please help me?
