Yes, burn them as separate bootable cd iso images.
You could use either the 32 bit main edition or the 64 bit adition, but I would suggest starting with the 32 bit main edition.

I admit to using the terms imaging and cloning nearly interchangeably all the time...
Given Husse's comment above, I can say that I'd love to see this turn into a thread about doing full system backups and restorations under Linux -- with tips from those experienced in doing so.
My only success has been with dd, and I only managed that by following someone else's howto.
