It just keeps saying "Zombie" I have no clue what to do. Just to let you all know i tried using ALT+F2 and tried running FF from there but that did not work either.
Since it's a fresh install I doubt you have any personal settings or bookmarks to save, but just in case go to "your' Home > View > Show HIdden Files. Then find .mozilla, right click and select copy.

Then select a place to "paste" it! I generally use Desktop. If you have a Projects folder that would be fine. So anyway you now have a backup of .mozilla!

Now go back to Home > Hidden > .mozilla and right click and move to trash! You now have no .mozilla.

Assuming you have Firefox open while doing this go to File > Quit, and then click on the Firefox icon again. If it opens that will create a new .mozilla and we can transfer some stuff from the old .mozilla (if needed) until we get where we want to be.

If that doesn't work then we have more work to do!
