Menu Applet Deleted Accidentally

Postby ieduarte on Sat Dec 20, 2008 11:32 pm

This is an emergency, I have just switched from Ubuntu 8.04 to LinuxMint 6 - Felicia, and since my sound card isn't properly supported by ALSA, I have installed OpenSound System in this box, however, after the install, which by the way worked fine, and I have sound on my Linux, the menu applet failed to start, and then the OS asked me to delete a failed applet, which later I realized it was the menu applet.

I don't have a menu now, and I don't know how to add that applet again to the task bar.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

No big problem
Right click where you want the menu (probably where it was :)) and Add to panel > mintMenu
Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
