where is the guest account in mint 6???

where is the guest account in mint 6???

I swapped from ubuntu 8.10 to mint 6 and mint 6 is supposed to be based on 8.10 if im not mistaken


where is the guest account????
if i click menu -> quit
i get shutdown , restart, hibernate

any ideas?

There is a simple way to create a guest account.
You only need to create a new account en set the desired privileges.
You will need to give it a password but don't mind that right now

next you go to System > Administration > Login Window
where you go to Security Tab

As you can see in the screen shot you are able to choose an account that will loging automaticly after a certain time.
No password is needed to be filled in.
