Ok so I can be something of a techno div at times....today is one of those times!
I have downloaded Mint to a USB and want to run it as a live USB (I still need to run windows due to needing AutoCAD for my freelance job). However I can't seem to get it running and every time I try everything switches onto Windows 10 as usual.
I know I am making the simpliest mistake but not sure what it is, any ideas anyone?
ta muchly!

Have you put the Mint iso on the USB thumb drive in the right way, for example by means of Unetbootin:

Hopefully yes. Just tried the link you gave me and still no luck on the reboot. I am going to keep trying though, it won't beat me dammit
