When I first bootup, my wifi works fine then unexpectedly stops connecting and I have to reboot. A previous post suggested it's the video driver for my Realtek 8187B dongle.
The output of lsmod | grep 8187 give me:
rtl8187 53248 0
mac80211 216820 1 rtl8187
eeprom_93cx6 10240 1 rtl8187
cfg80211 32392 2 rtl8187,mac80211
usbcore 149360 4 rtl8187,usbhid,uhci_hcd
What should I do here?

I had the same problem with this chipset (rtl8187). My solution was to uninstall nm-applet and install wicd applet. Works great now.
