Flash Player

Postby mannie on Thu Mar 19, 2009 8:25 am

Hey, i'm a linux newbie. So far i have a good experience, but the thing that bothers me the most is that my flash player (in Firefox) is totally screwed up. In the beginning some things (like youtube) worked, some games were stable (only in the first few seconds), but now nothing works, even the small commercials on the web sites.
I've installed Flash from Package Manager
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thank you
Regards,
Mannie

First of all, welcome to Mint and the forums. Secondly, please search before posting a question. There are lots of threads related to your problem. Here are just a very few of them:

Firefox Randomly Crashes Flash Videos
Can't view certain sites in Mint 6, but can in Ubuntu 8.10
Firefox Chrashes When I Open This Link!
Anyone ever figure out flash player freezing?
