Moving networkmanager aapplet to the top panel

It appears in the notification area.. if you want the wifi status icon on the top panel you'll have to add an entire notification area to the panel.

I believe you can only have one notification area running at a time, so you'd have to remove the one from the bottom panel and readd the top one.
