I just got the Iso image of Linux Mint 6 in a free DVD given in a magazine.
Before burning the image, i read the user manual and found about the MD 5. I still don't understand what it is! What to do about it? How to check for MD 5 ?
And please help me out on how to make a Live CD or a bootable CD for Felicia.

I might be wrong but I believe it's a tool for checking over the .iso file to make that you have downloaded/burned it to a CD so that you don't have any errors when installing.
I didn't know about this when I installed Linux Mint and my version works fine, I'd imagine that it is advisable to use this though to prevent any problems that might occur.
EDIT: Oh, here's a Wiki on it, read the applications section.
Linux Mint 17 (Cinnamon) 32bit.
