When OS freezes..

Postby criskontroll on Thu Apr 30, 2009 8:28 pm

I'm finding that my computer is freezing a lot when I'm in the middle of tasks like uploading photo, etc.

What is the equivalent to ctrl+alt+del in Mint that will bring me to an "end process" type application?

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Right-click on the bottom panel, choose 'Add to panel' and add the 'Force quit' applet.

Whenever an application freezes, you'll just have to click on the applet and then on the unresponsive window.
If you have a question that has been answered and solved, then please edit your original post and put a [SOLVED] at the end of your subject header.
