Network Configuration Tool Not found

Postby walterm89 on Fri May 01, 2009 11:45 am

I installed some Windows drivers, ut even before that when I click "Configure Network" I get an error: " Could not find a network configuration tool"... solution? I'm working on a Dell Latitude D600, http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=90&t=25081 this is another post i had, I later list my hardware. so if you guys can find the INF files it would help me out. . I got sick of XP, even running SP3, I kept getting problems, first it told me that it had a disk read error, yet with a linux live CD i could read straight away. then once i reinstaled it, it told me thatdisk defragmenter wasnt able to work.. so i gave up XP and windows all together.

And please give details - we don't have a crystal ball to look in to see your configuration

Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
