Theme Problems

Postby Yanz on Sun May 03, 2009 6:22 am

I download a GTK theme, drag it into the themes tab, it says it is installed successfully, but I cannot find it when I go to set it as my theme, or if I do find it, it doesn't set anything different, the icons/menu/background don't change, nor font..
Anyone know why and how to fix it?

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Can you be a little more specific?

Some information would be good such as what version of Mint you're using, what GTK theme you downloaded, etc.

It's pretty much any GTK theme.
Linux Mint Version 6 I believe.
Gnome desktop, is that compatible with GTK?
(Sorry I am rather new with themes)
