mintConfig doesnt work

Yesterday I installed Bianca and then updated the system.
Now mintConfig doesnt open.
This is my first contact with Linux so please help me.

mintconfig 2.0 works on a feisty base, previous versions don't. You can either update your bianca repository to the cassandra one (same address but replace "bianca" with "cassandra" in your sources.list and update/upgrade) or you can use gnome-control-center instead.

A correct answer from Clem, but hard for a newbie to understand I think.
I'd advice you to use gnome-control-center.
Editing sources.list may be a bit "to much".
Open a terminal and paste gnome-control-center (of course enter )
and it opens up
The updates are to some extent already for Cassandra even if she is not released yet.
Oh and don't close the terminal until you're done because that would close what ever you opened.

Just a thought - did you upgrade (to 7.0.4)? You should not do that, but then the new mintconfig would work

I used the terminal to open the gnome-control-center.
I installed all the updates that where recommended, perhaps the 7.0.4 was installed.
Can I uninstall the 7.0.4?
How do I do that??

If you just installed the updates Feisty was not installed. That only happens if you go for the separate option "New distribution "7.0.4" is available"* and push the button Upgrade - don't do that, you will get problems. Your system will continue to work pretty much OK but there is a risk it'll be unstable and some MInt apps stop working.
And you can't undo that
