When I click on software manager in the menu I get the following message. Software manager doesn't work either.
"A malicious client may be eavesdropping on your session or you may have just clicked a menu or some application just decided to get focus.
Try again."
Any ideas on what to do?
Thank you
Am running "Gloria" on an old Aspire 1300 laptop 1 gb ram

I am guessing but turn off Compiz and see if the error goes away.
