<Solved> Menu won't close when i cick on anything

<Solved> Menu won't close when i cick on anything

every time i click on the main menu in Mint, and i click on any item in the menu, the main menu stays open- i have to clock somewhere outside of the main menu or on the main menu icon to get it to close.

this is extremely annoying and i have no idea how this happened.

can anyone help me out with this one?

I think you have to remove the little sticky tab buttons on the menus, top left of each, IIRC...there are other posts around concerning that problem.

thank you! slightly embarrassing how simple that was- i've alwyas noticed that thing and never bothered to click on it and see what it does..
