How do I access the failsafe terminal?

Postby kebija on Thu Jul 16, 2009 6:05 pm

My system auto logs in so I do not have a log in screen. Is there any other way to access "failsafe terminal?"

Ok I found a way to access the failsafe terminal by pressing ctrl+alt+backspace. From there I was able to resolve my problem of recieving a black screen by typing "mv ~/.gconf/apps/compiz ~/compizsettingsbackup"
