learning from the beginning, I got a book of RHCE, but is it the same as Linux Mint or can I get other help somewhere else on the internet,

I typp cat enter and then staffie.letter space and type stuff, then it must write what i want in the letter, but when I open it their is nothing in it, how does it work?

I can make dir and delete them, and copy them to other place
