hi all,
just wondering if there is any way i can install mint linux on my machine via the termanal.

aptitude install mint-desktop
or something like that. im currently running ubuntu edgy 6.06. but it boring me now so i wanna try some thing new.

Man, that would be awesome! A one-liner in terminal, and zip, you have mint. That would rock, but unfortunatly, it's not that easy.
What is easy, and saves you a cd, is installing mint with a USB-stick.
