Boot sequence
I have just downloaded Linux Mint 8 "Helena" and then burned the iso image to disc. So, prior to running the "Live Cd" would i have to enter the BIOS and alter the boot-sequence so that the computer would boot from the cd? Sorry for very basic question but i just want to get it right. Thanks

Re: Boot sequence
If you did it before for Gloria, or earlier, then your BIOS is ready to boot to cd/dvd first. (unless you changed it back?)
Re: Boot sequence
Yes you are right but i changed the boot sequence back again after i had finished the install so it would boot from the hard drive
