You have two options. Either by using the package manager (Synaptic), or downloading the package directly from Adobe's site and installing it manually. I recommend going the package manager way first. Press CTRL-R in Synaptic to refresh your package list then CTRL-F to find adobe-flashplugin. If there's an update available, you should see a star to the left of package name.
