Just installed Mint 9 DVD on VBox
I noticed that during the install process 'installing language packs' took place twice - is it normal? And what exactly was installed?

Then I let all the updates get installed, restarted the machine and got lots of 'squash errors' if I remember correctly. Upon next boot - everything works fine, no more errors on restart.

Finally - please provide a link to current customization guide that does similar to this one:

I want to test Mint9 x64 LIveCD

Started with the most obvious part - WiFi

I keyed in the necessary data, i.e. Ip, Subnet, Getaway, DNS
In Network Tools 100% packets yet no www can be accessed thru FF

I also noticed that mac address here is different from what I've seen in Win7
I did try different DNS
4.2.2.1
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
No luck

Any bright ideas :?:
