Hi all. Can anyone tell me if there's a list somewhere of "killall" commands for common software on mint. I know some of them are pretty obvious, but a little while ago my MintInstall software manager wasn't responding, and I tried a bunch of "killall"s, but nothing would kill it. Ended up having to reboot.
Please let me know. Thanks!

Re: killall commands
Thanks Shane!
Sounds like with the "pkill" command you just need to get part of the name right, so that should make it a lot easier. I guess I just gotta be careful I don't type too little and accidentally kill the wrong process by mistake!
