speed issues
i've been having problems with pages loading slowly,, firefox loads fairly slowly and all pages after that, i have now noticed that when trying to play a music video in "youtube" , the playback is jerky , i believe due to low speed. ive got mint dual booted with xp, thanks in advance for any help given.

Obviously, you did not take the time to read either of these posts, first.

First, of all, before we can help you, we need more information.
We need to know about your computer set-up?
Which Linux Operating System you are using?
Which version of Mint you have? And is it 32 or 64-bit?
From where and how you downloaded it?
And which desktop environment you have? (Gnome, KDE, Xfce, Fluxbox, LXDE)
How you are connected to the internet? (<important)
Which web-browser you are using?
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
From the 'little' you've told us ... it sounds like a weak connection? But, we need to know more, before we can make an assessment?
