I just got windows XP to recognize the USB flash drive I'm using , but now I've got another problem .
I can't get it to load the video drivers. I'm using the exact same drivers (which I got from the Dell supports site) that I'm using when I dual boot into the windows partition. The drivers load without a problem when I boot the windows partition, but when I boot Mint and load windows XP from virtualbox and try to install the same driver , it tells me the system doesn't meet the minimum requirements .
I've tried increasing the memory to 1024MB in the system settings , but it still doesn't work.
anyone got any ideas on what I could try next?

You don't install graphics card drivers from your computer in VirtualBox, you install the Virtualbox drivers.
